Cooked ricotta Rss

This is my first pregnancy and I'm almost overwhelmed trying to remember what I can and can't eat - not to mention just finding something to eat that doesn't make me nauseous!

I have (what I think is) the worlds best pumpkin and ricotta lasagne recipe which I'm hanging out for but I've been told that ricotta is off the menu.

What if it's baked in the oven? does that make it ok?

if you eat it while it's still piping hot, then yes it's fine smile
