Does anyone have ideas for a wuick and easy dinner?

I was going to make casserole but it is so hot here today there is no way I am going to turn the oven on.

So basically what I have other than the casserole meat is mince. I would love some ideas on what I can do with it that won't have me cooking over the stove or oven for ages.

The only thing I can think of is meat patties for hamburgers.

Any ideas?

I bought a cooked chicken and will make a garden salad to go with it!!! no slaving over a hot stove for us here!!! too hot today!! smile

KFC night tonight! And its perfect cos its so hot here today...

I guess it's hot everywhere today.

We are in regional SA, we had rain most of the night and now so hot and humid, we are getting a really hot wind. It would be the perfect day for washing as it would dry so quick...but too hot!

KFC night tonight, made me think I haven't had KFC for ages! And does everyone have a (whatever food) night? I would be interested what you all have, we have barely anything out here!

Anyway, back to mince, anyone have any other ideas?

Taco's or mince burrito's? They're our favourite on a hot day.
