Long story short - my ex sees our daughter 3hrs a week, and does not and never has seen our son at all. Now he doesnt want either. I want to get a peice of paper stating he gives up any right to either of them in the future. Can I do this, and if so how? If not, how do i terminate the agreement we signed for my girl?

go to work and income and ask them about legal aid. or if you can afford it get your own, Places like the salvation army will be able to point you in the right direction.
