Microlut, Progesterone & Hair Loss??? Rss

Has anyone experienced excessive hair loss whilst taking Microlut or other progesterone contraceptives? I've just started (3 weeks in) and my hair is coming out by the handfuls. I've been trying to keep my hair tied and clean up fallen hairs but it's no use! My house and family is plagued its really gross.
I did some research but couldn't find anything relative. Any information would be helpful smile

Nope, but my hair does start to fall out from about 3 months after I have my babies and does until they are about 7 months old.

Hi... I am also searching for same information from so many days because me too facing the same problem but i couldn't get any solution for this. Anyone found the best way to get out of this problem ? If so please let me know. Thanks in advance.

My hair didn't stop falling out until i got off the medication. Unfortunately hormone based contraception is very bad for your body, my husbands getting the snip, if thats not an option for you look into the copper IUD.
