what does your 10-12 month old have for Rss

Hi I just wanted to know what your 10-12 months old babies have for all breakfast, lunch and dinner? Maybe snacks to. I think I am giving my girl a variety but I still dont think she is eating enough...

Thanks smile
Hello smile

Breakfast - weetbix, porridge, yoghurt and fruit, vegemite on toast.

Lunch - mini quiches, salmon patties, toasted cheese sandwich, meals i make her that i freeze such as pasta in homemade tomato sauce with veges, risotto, mince and veges. Baked beans, tinned spaghetti. Cut up fresh fruit, custard or yoghurt.

Dinner - Usually whatever we are eating. She has surprised me with what she will eat. One night she had chinese barbecue stirfry which had a smoky barbecue sauce on it. Another night she had Rogan Josh curry which I was hesitant to give as it was a bit spicy but she loved it! huh Couldnt get enough of it. She eats any table food. Bacon and egg pie, casserole, tuna mornay.

Snacks - plain biscuits, fruit bars, fresh fruit, mini rice cakes, big rice cakes with avocado or cream cheese on them, dried apricots and apples, home made pikelets.

Hope I've given you some ideas smile
Wow, my little girl is 10 months 1 week and her variety is no where near that good but here is what she gets.

Breakfast - weet-bix with cows milk, 2-3 tbl of fruit, vegemite toast and 1/2 cup of formula

Morning Tea - yoghurt or cheese stick with a rice biscut

Lunch - mince meat 2-3 tblsp, 3 cubes of veges (everything I give is still mashed and frozen into ice cube trays) and then fruit or yoghurt depending what she had for morning tea.

Afternoon tea - 200mls formula and a biscut

Dinner - 3 tblsp of mince meat, 3 cubes of veges and maybe some pasta mixed through and a tin of baby custard

Before Bed - 240mls of formula

She also goes to daycare so its a bit different there. DD1 was fed the same and she still LOVES her veges so I dont want to tept fate and change what I give her smile I will drop the afternoon tea bottle when she is 12 months and replace with more food. Also I will change lunch to sandwiches around then too.

My little guy is 10 1/2 months old, but doesn't do very well on hard foods as he's a choker!

Breakfast: vita brits with full cream milk; blueberry/banana buttermilk pikelets; scrambled eggs; boiled eggs; porridge

Morning/afternoon teas: pikelets; cut up soft fruit (strawberry/kiwi/peach/plum/nectarine/melon/lychee); small banana broken in half; grated cheese (he prefers mozzarella)

Lunch/dinners: tuna mornay with cubes of veges in it; savoury mince with cubed veges; meatloaf cut into chunks for him to feed himself; omelette cut into strips (loves cheese, onion, zucchini and tomato in it); risoni in a vege/mince sauce; cut up skinless sausages with cubes of veges; salmon patties; tofu and vege patties.

He's still not great with toast or crumpets but is getting better.

wow ladies great post. I have nearly a 10mth old and have too been wondering what else I should feed her. I'm getting stuck in a rut. I've cooked up some spag bol, Mac & Cheese and chicken mince with veg for the freezer but I needed some more ideas for lunch and dinner.
My DD is 14 months old, and is a pretty fussy eater at times, so generally she eats similarly every day and has done since 12 months:

Breakfast - Porridge & 1 x Banana
Snack - Fruit (either kiwi, strawberries, stone fruit, apple, etc) and yoghurt
Lunch - Either left overs or
Mashed chickpeas with zucchini and carrot (with some tomato sauce mixed in) - she loves this!
Snack - Cheese slice, maybe some more fruit, a piece of bread with peanut butter
Dinner - Whatever we are eating generally

I used to get stressed that she wasn't eating enough variety but I can't force her to eat what she doesn't like. I would love her to eat eggs and fish but she won't have a bar of it!
