me too....maybe visit the gp and get your hormone levels checked, especially thyroid and your iron levels too. Remember though, being a mum IS exhausting! We're on call 27 / 7! Look at your diet too, plenty of water and fresh whole foods rather than processed.
Good luck.

Hi
Welcome to motherhood... i guess the first few months we all go through the same, as we have someone who is fully dependant on us and if the bub breaks your sleep at night it doesnt help...
are you on any muli-vitamins? if not you should... also when bub goes to sleep during the day... instead of doing housework etc... get some relax time for you..,.
i hope this makes sense
Yeah it's a really weird time of life. You get better at being tired if you know what I mean. A good multi vitamin will help, and sleep whenever you can. Some light exercise will also perk you up a bit.

You probably have iron deficiency (not that its abnormal to be exhausted all the time as a mum of a 6 month old).
See your GP and get a blood test, its very common post pregnancy to be deficient and a liquid supplement is best as its more easily absorbed by the body than tablet form. Floradix is great.
