I hadn't heard of it so just had a look at the website. It looks pretty good. I'm a big fan of using protein powder and making my own shakes and I buy protein bars aswell. Id say go for it! Its a 30 day money back gaurantee so i dont think you have anything to lose. I would look into doing it except I started using my fitness pal iPhone app 4 weeks ago counting my calories and excercising way more and I have lost 5.5 kgs so far. So I'm happy with continuing to do that for now. Good luck!

Thanks smile I might just bite the bullet and give it a go. I guess with their money back guarantee it won't hurt to try it. I looked at the my fitness pal app as my sister raves about it but I really suck at counting calories and really don't want to while I'm bfing smile

Salm10 just wanted to say how gorgeous that picture of your DD is! What a cute bubba.

As for the website, let us know if it works! My baby weight is still firmly in place lol I'd love to get rid of the last 5kg!!!!!

Thanks Miss_Bee smile

I will definitely let you know how it goes, I would love to shift the baby weight and am hoping to lose between 10-14kg. It seems a little pricey but if it works, then its worth it!

Yeah that's fair enough I wouldn't be sure about counting calories whilst breast feeding as I was constantly hungry when I was breastfeeding and ate all day!

I understand! I'm always hungry too but have tried their smoothie recipes without the smoothie powder and they're very filling smile

I've bought some of her shakes, and if you add fruit and oats etc to it like in her video's its filling. I stopped though because I was getting bored with it and they were quite expensive.

Yay that's awesome! You'll have to let me know how you go. Fx it works!

I lost 15kg on the plans - love them. And the website and support they give you is awesome. Even though I have lost my weight I go on their website for recipes all the time and also go on their facebook page as it is good to keep you on track and also i like it as it is about healthy eating as well as losing weight. It was a bit more pricey than some other weight loss but i think it is worth it as you get so much more information all for mums and they actually understand how hard it can be to lose the weight when you are a mum/tired etc. Also - when you break the costs of the products down it works out much better value - that is what I did for my hubby and I think each smoothie was around the $4 mark.

Plus it helped boost my milk and I think that is from all the nutrients and healthy diet etc - so definitely worth a look.
i'd love to lose the 5kgs i've put on since having my bub 22mths ago...
i was stoked when i jumped on the scales when she was 3weeks old & i was only 58kgs, but over the last 12mths i have gained an extra 5kgs instead of losing it... whoops!!
i tried to diet, but cutting out foods is just not my thing. i eat healthy, but i do like to indulge in alcohol...
exercise is hard, as i find i just don't have the time & walking has become boring for me... i used to walk everywhere & was able to stay slim because of this, but it is not enough anymore...
i get into an exercise routine for a little while & then i don't see any results, so i give up. i really need to stick to something to see it work.
i have been staying away from alcohol for about 2mths, just treating myself a few glasses of wine a week & i have been eating smaller servings of my main meals & i am noticing a differnece when i put on my clothes & my measurements are going down, which i am stoked about!!
can anyone give me some advice on how to stick to an exercise routine & how i can prevent myself from getting bored?
i would really like to lose my baby weight & added mother weight before my 30th bday in july, so i am not in a hurry, but i would still like to see it happen...
Hi, I've just posted an ad on promote your business section, about how to lose those extra post-baby kilos.
I too had problems dieting and also trying to find time to workout. I managed to find success in just eating sensibly but started to work out with my kids. I used a jogging pram and started jogging with them. Solved many problems - quicker than walking (and far more of a workout), can do it from home and can do it with the kids. It's effective, everyone benefits from getting outside and it gives you energy and fitness.
Good luck!

Well, week one on the plan is done and I have lost 2.6kg & a total of 9cm off my waist and hips!!

The smoothies are quite tasty and easy to make too which is a bonus!
