curves Rss

As a mummy to two beautiful girls I was finding it hard to have anytime to myself let alone long enough to excercise. but I have recently discovered curves. It is totally do able as it only takes half an hour. I have set myself tuesday and thursday afternoons and saturday mornings. I drive our girls in to town and meet Dh as he finishes work he then brings the girls home and gets tea ready and I arrive home shortly after. I can already feel a change, I am actualy getting muscles in my arm. I did not think there was really anything wrong with the size i was but I had noticed I had gotten a little bigger since having DD2. but the shock for me of doing a BMI and realiseing I am now classed as over weight. OMG!! so my goal is to lose 10Kg. I will let you know how I go but I'm really excited. yay me!!

Good work im also on a weight loss mission started off wanting to lose 16 kgs, have already lost 5 in 3 weeks so only 11 to go!!
I joined curves earlier this year and did great with it for a few months. Once I got pregnant though I didn't go as much as I started getting a sore back and stuff, couldn't afford it really either. I wished i'd kept going through this pregnancy but that's the way it is. Hope to get back into it after bubs is born. Good luck with it, hope you lose some weight and have fun at the same time smile
wow 5kgs in 3 weeks thats great, keep up the good work.

congrats on the baby. I hope it all goes well for you. with any luck you won't need Curves after your baby.
