Healthy foods to eat while breast feeding to help loose the weight Rss

Hi ladies,
I'm after some healthy food ideas that are quick and easy and that will help with loosing this horrible baby weight. My 2 month old doesnt exactly allow me to spend ages in the kitchen creating meals and it always seems like you need an hour to be able to make a healthy meals. So any tips/recipes/advice would be great as I would really like to loose the extra kilos.

Sorry I'm no help but I need to know the same thing! I have a 3 month old and I feel like I never have any time to prepare anything healthy either, the quickest things to prepare are always the most unhealthy options!
Here are a few lunch/tea ideas

Things you can make a bit of and then freeze half is good like your own bolognaise sauce
Egg, baked beans and mulitgrain toast make a healthy lunch
Toast with cheese tomato and avocado is also good
Cook a roast chook and then have chicken salad for lunch the next day
If you have salad for tea make a container of salad for your lunch the next day

As far as snacks go make sure you have things that you can grab that are quick and easy like
fruit
healthy muesli bars
yogurt tubs
fruit and nut snack bags/boxes (sunbeam etc)
vita wheat biscuits with avocado/peanut butter/healthy dips

What about:
Scrambled eggs (throw in some smoked salmon for variation)
Omelettes (using up anything you may have in the fridge, capsicum, spinach, feta/cheese, left over meats, tomato, onion etc)
Toasted sandwiches (using whole grain breads and your fav fillings)
Frittata (similar to the omelettes throw left overs into a dish, or frozen vege etc pour over an egg mix and bake for 45 mins or so - easy and healthy!)
Tinned/pouched soups and some nice grainy bread
Pittango do some really nice pouched risottos and curries etc that heat and eat(from the chilled area of your supermarket)

Snacks - creamy rice, pottles of fruit salad, rice crackers with hummus etc, a handful of nuts (mix up your own combo's of your fav nut varieties), smoothie - blend up a banana some milk, ice a scoop of milo if you like. Or some frozen berries with a tablespoon of rolled oats and blend with milk and ice etc.

Buying a baby sling might help you by freeing up your hands to enable you more time to prepare better food for yourself.
