I'm so disappointed, for the last month I have been going to the gym 4 days a week and have been dieting. Nothing sever, just cut out sugars, junk food, fatty stuff, alcohol etc. Also no carbs after lunch and I seriously not lost 1 kg, no inches either!!!!
I hav no idea why and it's really disappointing coz I'm being so good nd working hard.
What's going on????
