Don't understand!! Rss

Hope u all had a lovely Xmas!!!!!

I'm so disappointed, for the last month I have been going to the gym 4 days a week and have been dieting. Nothing sever, just cut out sugars, junk food, fatty stuff, alcohol etc. Also no carbs after lunch and I seriously not lost 1 kg, no inches either!!!!

I hav no idea why and it's really disappointing coz I'm being so good nd working hard.

What's going on????
Keep going!! My body normally takes 4 weeks for things to kick in so in the next couple of weeks you should start getting results smile

My doctor explained it takes about 2-4 weeks to go from "fat storing" mode to "fat burning" mode - not very technical the way ive said it but you know what I mean lol

It took me awhile to start loosing the weight when I started to try.
also remember muscle weighs more than fat.
I also found writing down what I ate for a bit helped as I thought I was eating well but when I wrote it down I was having random snacks that I didn't even think about.
