I started this the week before xmas (silly me) and was really good up until xmas day (surprise surprise lol) and lost 4kg (I have about 20 to lose though sad ) I know most of this is water weight but I was feeling good, I think it was quite a good detox of all the crappy food I've been eating since DD was born. I weighed myself this morning and have put 1.5kg back on which was actually better than I expected. I'm going back on it on new years day and going to do the 2 weeks of phase 1. I struggle with diets though usually, and to be honest I have a holiday to go on in 3 weeks and I know it's bad but I'm sort of using this for a quick fix. How did you go with it?
