Milk rash on face or????? Rss

hey guys smile

My 9 month old baby girl has developed this little rash on her cheeks, yellow pimple like dots, the size of a pin head.... there not irritating her, her cheeks are a little red from it too...

Just wondering what it might be?? wether it could be a milk rash or something else??

Could it be a heat rash??? My baby girl gets heat rash everynown and then and it looks the same as you've described.

It could be a number of things:
Milk rash
Heat rash
Wind burn
Food intolerance - eggs, citris fruits, dairy, etc
Irritation from clothes or a cloth she had near her
Dry skin

DS has had all of the above and each time it is a guessing game as to what is causing it. Most of the time I put Castor and Zinc cream on and that helps alot.
