I've had mastitis and boy it hurts. I needed to be on medication to clear it and I just thought I was gonna die I was that bad and aching all over. Not a nice feeling for any mummy. I've had the mastitis and blocked ducks and not at all nice. You really do have to act fast when you suspect something is wrong so as to catch it and treat it early.

Mastitis was the worse pain i have felt! The first time i was admitted to hospital and the second time i just got antibiotics (wasnt going back to hospital again lol). I know when im getting it now and just have a hot bath/shower and express like mad. A flannel on the breast is ment to help but i couldnt do that. The first symptoms is like a flu and i thought i was going to die sad
