Hi Ladies, I was hoping someone couold suggest what my DD2's rash may be. She is almost 5 months old.
This morning when I changed her nappy I noticed her tummy and some of her chest had a really pink/red rash on it. It was hot to touch, but not raised or scaley or prickly.
Later in the morning I checked again and it has spread. Its all around her neck, armpits, chin (starting to spread up to her cheeks and on the back of her thighs.
The best way I can think to describe it is its a flat bright pink rash, slightly blotchy and its hot to touch. I reminds me of what your skin goes like when it starts to get sunburnt.
Ive rang the local practice nurse and she doesnt think its anything to worry about. DD2 seems otherwise happy (but is always happy even when she is sick). She did start Farex yesterday, then nurse said it would have nothing to do with they but I do wonder.
Has anyone else come accross this? Not sure I its anything to worry aboout but I cant help worrying!!! smile
