Swimming nappies for little babies Rss

Hi,

My son is 6months but only weigh 6.3kg and we are starting swimming lessons in a couple of weeks. does any one have any suggestions on what nappies i should use? the huggies little swimmers are from 7kg and im sure will be too big around his waist as the normal 6-11kg nappies dont fit him well. it is very doubtful that he is going to hit the 7kg mark anytime soon so I would really appreciate any advice.
You could try the reusable swim nappies as they come in smaller sizes.

You can get them online, but I got some Bambino Mio brand ones from target, they also have Zoggs ones there too. They are about 20 bucks but if you swim regularily, then they are worth it as swimmer nappies are expensive.
I had the same problem and ended up getting resusable swimming nappies as they go down to 4kg. In NZ the baby factory has them for $8
Get a free sample off huggies and see if they fit.My baby fit in them and she weighs 7kg.
Bummi's make a cloth pilcher called a swimmi, especially for swimming, which I found was great. I had the small / premi size when we started swimming lessons at 6 months, and it fitted my then 6kg son fine. Huggies little swimmers are an expensive option, and they can be a bit tricky to put on before your baby can stand up. Also don't stress too much about your baby pooing in the pool. We have been going to swimming lessons for 8 months now, and I haven't seen it happen to anyone yet. smile
We used a swimmi http://www.bummis.com/au/en/swimmi.php?adr=2

Cost about $20 and lasted us for 3 years! Still works, its just faded.
