My 7 month old girl has been in bed with my partner an i since we bought her home. I`d like to learn how to get her into her own cot in the baby room with her 19 month old brother as it is becoming very uncomfortable, and my attempts so far have seemed to really stress her and us out. Not to mention her poor brother! Any advice?

Changing sleep associations is never an easy thing to do and takes persistence.
You would need to teach her to sleep independently and you could follow our 6 to 12months settling program to do this.
