Hi Leanne,
My 9mth old daughter has recently become lactose intolerant and i am struggleing to find things for her to eat. She is at the stage of wanting to feed herself with finger food but does not like veges on there own. i do grate them into meatballs for her. but am lacking variety and don`t know what to give her for breakfast besides fruit???
Thanks
It can get tricky when a little one has a reaction to a food, I am just wondering if baby is able to tolerate low-lactose foods? If you click the link below it will take you to a fact sheet I did on lactose issues and has a chart on low-lactose foods, just in case baby can tolerate them, certainly is easier.
Failing that, the fabulous sites on allergies might be helpful, many have great recipe books also. They are all good sites and some have helpful tip sheets and recipe books.

Once baby is onto eggs that will help, but in the meantime, have a look at the list of finger foods on this tip sheet, obviously rule out those with too much lactose or that your bub isnt yet up to.

Snack ideas
I hope that gives you some ideas and hopefully your little one will gain a tolerance (as adults do over time through low exposure, we simply improve our production of lactase over time).
All the best,
Leanne
