My son is reacting to me having dairy via breastfeeding

I have recently found out that my 3 month old son is reacting to me haveing dairy (breastfeeding) im not sure on what i should cut out or wether i shoulnt eat nothing with dairy in it(reding the back of every packet)he seems to have these screaming eposesodes where he would just screem and be in alot of pain i was recommended to stay of dairy and see if that helps i can see some improvement but im not sue on what extreme i should go to.

I guess my first question is, do you know if it is cows’ milk protein or is it lactose that is the problem? If it is lactose only that is much easier, below is a list of low lactose foods to give you a guide (and the website).
